Why isn’t my six-port junction box working?Updated an hour ago

If your six-port junction box is not functioning:

• Verify all connections are secure and the control box has power.

• Inspect the pins inside the junction box for damage, bending, or corrosion.

• Check for cut, pinched, or damaged wires leading to the junction box.
