Why isn’t my LEDGlow app or remote responding or connecting to the lighting controller?Updated an hour ago

This may occur if the control box is not in pairing mode or is in sleep mode. Ensure Bluetooth and location services are enabled on your phone. Please try fully closing the app and power cycling the control box to reset the connection. Once the LED indicator on the control box begins flashing amber, reopen the app and attempt to pair the device again.
