If your underbody kit is not turning on but briefly flashes when you tap the control box, this typically means the kit is currently set to Sound Activation Mode.

In Sound Mode, the control box is designed to react to vibrations or noise. Tapping the control box creates a vibration that triggers the lights to flash momentarily, even though the kit may appear “off” during normal operation.

To resolve this, simply press the “Mode” button on your wireless remote or control system to cycle out of Sound Mode and into a standard lighting mode such as a solid color or pattern. Once changed, the lights should turn on and operate normally.
