What should I do if my order is missing items or I received the wrong items?Updated 2 days ago

We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused by a missing or incorrect item—we know how frustrating that can be, and we’re here to help.

If your order is missing items or contains the wrong items, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Have your order number, name, or email ready so we can quickly locate your order. We’ll also need clear photos of everything you received, including the packaging and shipping label, so our team can verify the issue.

  • Missing items: Our team will review your information and make sure the missing item(s) are shipped out to you as quickly as possible.

  • Incorrect items: We’ll issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) along with a prepaid return label so you can easily send back the item(s). As soon as we receive the returned item(s), we’ll either ship the correct items or issue a refund—whichever you prefer.

  • Replacement items will ship using the same method as your original order, though shipping upgrades are available for an additional charge.
