All you have to do is contact us at 1.877.LED.GLOW and one of our Customer Support Specialists will be happy to prepare your exchange and provide you with an RMA number. Once you receive your RMA number, you can send your insured package back to us to the following address:

When we receive your package, one of our skilled return specialists will check in your package within 48 hours. You will receive an email or phone call letting you know the status of your exchange.
- All sales are final after 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Exchanges will only be permitted if LEDGlow is contacted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Any product that is being exchanged MUST have an RMA number attached to it. Packages that are received without an RMA number will be refused upon delivery to our warehouse and will be sent back to you. RMA numbers can be obtained by contacting our customer support and are only valid for 15 days from the issue date.
- When exchanging products, all merchandise must be in NEW condition in the original packaging and contain all accessories and instructions manuals. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please make sure you insure your package, as we are unable to refund or replace merchandise that is returned damaged or even lost!
- The return shipping will be covered by LEDGlow Lighting if the cost of the exchanged item exceeds $50. If the cost of the exchanged item is less than $50 the customer will pay $6.99 for return shipping.
- When exchanging an item for one of greater cost, you are responsible for paying any product price differences before the new product can be shipped out.
- If you are exchanging a holiday gift, you must contact LEDGlow before January 31st. Holiday gift exchanges are only eligible for orders placed from November 1st through December 25. All exchanges must be in BRAND NEW condition and in the ORIGINAL packaging.
