What are the recommended troubleshooting steps for testing LED light bars?Updated a day ago

To troubleshoot an LED light bar, begin by checking all wiring connections to ensure they are secure and properly installed. Inspect the wiring for any cuts, pinched sections, or visible damage that could interrupt power flow. Look for signs of corrosion on the connectors, as this can interfere with electrical contact. If no issues are found, test the light bar by connecting it directly to a 12V battery to determine if the unit is functioning properly. If it fails to power on during direct testing, the light bar may need to be replaced.
