In order to return your order, you will need to contact us to receive an RMA Number. RMA numbers will only be issued for products that are brand new and in uninstalled condition. You will write this number on the box and also on a piece of paper and put it in the box, then ship the item back to you. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Please make sure to insure the package in case of loss or damaged. Once we receive the product and confirm it is in brand new condition, we will issue your refund.
