How do I set up a return or exchange?Updated 5 hours ago
All you have to do is contact us at 1.877.LED.GLOW and one of our Customer Support Specialists will be happy to prepare your return or exchange and provide you with an RMA number. Once you receive your RMA number, you can send your insured package back to us to the following address:

When we receive your package, one of our skilled return specialists will check in your package within 48 hours. You will receive an email or phone call letting you know the status of your return or exchange.
All Sales are final 30 days after delivery, please contact us within that window to set up a return. When returning any LEDGlow products, all merchandise must be in the original packaging and contain all of the included accessories. Missing accessories may result in a reduced credit.
Something really important to keep in mind is that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
As a reminder, please insure your package, as we cannot refund or replace items lost or damaged in transit. Insurance is crucial because we do not assume responsibility for packages lost in transit during returns.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are valid for 15 days from the issue date. That RMA number is a must for any product that is being returned, so please make sure to have one attached to the package! If a package is received without the RMA number, we won’t be able to process it within the 48 hour time frame. Any packages that are unable to be identified will be returned to the sender’s address as well.
Please note that if you are exchanging an item for one that costs more, you will have to pay for the price difference before the new product is shipped out. But we will cover the new product's shipping if the value is over $50. Otherwise, there will be a $6.99 shipping charge.
All refunds due are issued in the form of your original payment and may take up to 2 days to process once we receive the product. After your refund is submitted, it can take 3 to 5 business days to post to your bank account or to be applied to your credit card.
If you are exchanging a holiday gift, you must contact LEDGlow before January 31st. Holiday gift exchanges are only eligible for orders placed from November 1st through December 25. All returns or exchanges must be in BRAND NEW condition and in the ORIGINAL packaging.
