To start a warranty claim, Contact Us. Please have the following ready:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem
Our team will guide you through troubleshooting to verify the defect. Once approved, warranty claims are typically processed within 1–2 business days after we receive the product.
Important details about warranty claims:
Notification: You must notify LEDGlow promptly with a written explanation of the defect. Returns must follow LEDGlow’s procedures, including obtaining an RMA number.
Repair/Replacement: Repair or replacement does not extend the original warranty period. Repaired parts have a 90-day warranty or the remainder of the original warranty, whichever is longer.
Exclusive Remedy: LEDGlow’s sole obligation is to repair or replace defective products. A refund will only be issued if repair or replacement does not resolve the issue. Please note that continued use without claim constitutes acceptance and waives further claims.
Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, improper use, negligence, accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or failure to follow instructions. Consumables like fuses and batteries are not covered. Products sold “AS IS” are excluded.
Proof of Purchase: Retain your dated bill of sale to prove warranty eligibility. Registration is voluntary and does not affect warranty rights.
