How can I modify an order that hasn't shipped yet?Updated 2 days ago

If your order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to update or cancel it, but you must contact us as soon as possible to do so.

  • Email requests after 1 PM EST may not be processed in time. We’re not responsible for cancellation requests received after your order ships.

  • Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled. You’ll need to request a return using an RMA under our return policy, and you'll be responsible for return shipping costs.
