 Yes — you can use two Magnetic Switches for a toolbox with multiple doors, one switch per door, to automatically turn the lights on when a door is opened.

To connect the Tool Box Lighting Kit to the Magnetic Switch:

• Attach the switch to the inside of the toolbox door using the included hardware.

• Connect the kit’s power wires to the switch terminals as shown in the wiring diagram in the instructions.

• When the door opens, the magnetic switch completes the circuit and turns the lights on automatically.

If you prefer not to use the Magnetic Switch, you can wire the 2‑pc Truck Tool Box LED Lights directly to a 12 V power source (like a switched accessory or fuse block). Simply connect the positive wire to the 12 V source and the negative wire to a ground point. The lights will then operate manually or via any switch you add.
