Yes, local pickup is available — with a few important guidelines.

You can pick up prepaid orders from our West Berlin, NJ location. While we do not have a showroom, our facility is set up to accommodate Credit Card purchases only.

To place a pickup order, simply call our Customer Support Team. A representative will help you place the order and process your advance payment by credit card. Once your order is confirmed, our team will have it ready for pickup when you arrive.

Pickup Instructions:

• Use the side parking lot for easy access to the side door — pickups are not available at the front entrance.
  
  

• Bring a valid photo ID and the credit card used for the purchase for verification.
  
  

• Pickup hours are Tuesday through Friday, from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
