Can I make changes or cancel after I have placed my order?Updated 14 days ago

If you need to cancel or make changes or have made a duplicate order, you must call us immediately at 1-856-768-5700. This is the only acceptable method for requesting a cancellation or order change — we do not accept requests via email.


Cancellations and changes can only be made before your order leaves our warehouse. If your order has already shipped, you must contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and follow our standard return or exchange process. You will be responsible for any applicable return shipping costs.


When returning a product, we will provide you with an RMA number that must be clearly written on the outside of the box and on a note placed inside the package. Once we receive your item and confirm it is in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging and contents, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.


To avoid delays, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
