Am I responsible for shipping when I need to set up a warranty claim?Updated 3 months ago
When sending an item back for a warranty claim or testing, LEDGlow will cover all defective shipping charges to and from within 30 days of the delivery date as long as you are located in the contiguous United States.
After 30 days, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to our facility. LEDGlow will take responsibility for return shipping of the items.
If you are located outside of the contiguous United States, you are responsible for all shipping charges.
Please make sure to insure packages being sent back as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged while in transit to us.
