Can the Million Color LED Commercial Lighting Kit be controlled without the remote directly from the control box?

No. Unfortunately, the Million Color Commerical Lighting kit cannot be controlled directly from the control box. The only method you are able to use to control this kit would be by using the provided wireless remote.
