My 48v golf cart uses 4 12v batteries. Can I just connect my kit to one of these batteries?

Unfortunately, you can not connect to just one of the many batteries on your golf cart. All the batteries are put into series which makes the voltage greater. We highly recommend installing our voltage reducer to reduce the power of your electric golf cart to a 12 volt / 5 amp power to the kit only.
