The&#xA0;<a href="https://www.ledunderbody.com/tailgate-light-bar-y-splitter-harness/" rel="noopener" target="_blank">Y-splitter harness</a>&#xA0;allows you to plug in both your tailgate light bar and your trailer at the same time.&#xA0;It is not required for installation. However, it is a nice option to have as you will no longer have to worry about disconnecting your tailgate light bar every time you want to tow.&#xA0;
